This site is a showcase of a single apartment. There is no booking form and no user account here, so we collect very little data ourselves.
The site runs a chat that answers questions about the apartment. Most answers come from a local list of questions and never leave your browser. If a question goes beyond that list, the content of your message is sent to an external AI provider, which generates the answer and returns it to the page.
We do not collect personal data in the chat and we ask you not to enter any. Please do not type your full name, phone number, address, document number or payment details. If you need to share such information, call +48 601 679 118.
We use no cookies for advertising profiling. The only cookies we ask about are analytics cookies, and they are set only after you agree (section 5).
We want to know which content is useful and how guests find us, so we use Google Analytics 4. The tool is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
What we collect: the number and time of visits, the pages viewed, the source of the visit (search engine, link, typed address), an approximate location at country or city level, device type, operating system, browser and language. This tool does not collect your name, e-mail address or the content of your chat conversation.
How we keep it minimal: IP anonymisation is switched on (Google shortens the IP address before storing the data) and we use Consent Mode v2. Until you agree, every consent category is set to "denied" and the Google script is not loaded at all, so your browser does not connect to Google Analytics servers. Advertising signals and ad personalisation are switched off.
Legal basis: your voluntary consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. The consent really is voluntary: declining blocks nothing and the site works exactly the same.
Withdrawing consent: click "Cookie settings" in the footer of any page at any time. The banner reappears and you can change your decision. Withdrawal applies going forward and does not affect the lawfulness of data collected before it.
How long: your decision (accept or decline) is stored in your browser for 12 months, after which we ask again. Google Analytics cookies last up to 24 months, and data in Google reports is retained for 14 months.
Transfers and details: the data may also be processed outside the European Economic Area, on the terms described by Google. See the Google privacy policy and the page on how Google uses data from partner sites.
We embed external material on the site. Opening it means your browser connects to those providers' servers, which may receive your IP address and device information.
Data processing on those providers' side is described in their own privacy policies.
Data may reach only the parties we need in order to run the site and host guests: the hosting provider, the AI provider behind the chat, Google as the provider of visit statistics (after your consent), the Booking.com reservation service, and our mail and telephone operators. Each of them processes data within its own scope and terms.
We do not sell, rent or share data for marketing purposes. We do not build guest profiles and we do not carry out automated decision making that would produce legal effects for you.
