About the apartment

A place in the mountains that simply feels good to stay in

Bormio 25 is our place in the mountains that we share with guests. We refreshed and furnished it to be bright, comfortable and modern. The glazed living room opens onto the spruce forest, and from the private balcony you have it within reach. Four people sleep comfortably here: two 200x90 beds and a 200x160 sofa bed in the living room.

The kitchenette is ready to cook in: dishwasher, microwave, hob, fridge and a filter coffee maker for the morning coffee. We do not live on site, so no one looks over your shoulder, the apartment is all yours. Check-in and key collection are arranged smoothly, and when something needs sorting, we pick up the phone. After a day on the slope or the trail you can warm up in the on-site sauna.

Your comfort matters to us, so the sauna in the building is free for our guests. After skiing or a full day on the bike or the trail it is the simplest way to warm up and recover.

In winter skiers also have a ski room with a ski-boot dryer. In the morning you put on dry boots and head straight to the slope, and in the evening you come back to the warmth.

Winter in Sienna

Big chairlifts and the children's area within walking distance

It is a downhill walk of about 800 m, roughly 10 minutes, to the base station of Luxtorpeda, the chairlift to the summit of Czarna Góra. The children's area with the Efka chairlift starts about 400 m from the building. Your gear stays in the ski room with a boot dryer, and in the evening the sauna warms you up.

Sienna accommodation: what you have within walking distance

Sienna is a small village inside Czarna Góra Resort, so the lifts, the restaurants and the trails are all close by. It is about 800 m to the Luxtorpeda chairlift, about 400 m to the children's area with the Efka chairlift and about 550 m to the Puchaczówka restaurant, and the hikes up Śnieżnik and Czarna Góra start right in the area. The resort itself has more than 10 km of runs, 3 chairlifts and 6 platter lifts.

How to get here and where to park

From Wrocław it is about 2 hours (about 120 km) via Kłodzko. You park in the dedicated space by the building and leave the car for the whole stay, without looking for a spot by the ski lift. We send the exact directions and key collection details before arrival.

On the ground floor there is a shop and cafe with fresh bread, and at weekends waffles and draught beer. Nearby it is worth seeing the Gold Mine in Złoty Stok and the spa towns of the Kłodzko region: Lądek-Zdrój and Stronie Śląskie.

The apartment is right by the slope. To the bottom station of the Luxtorpeda chairlift, the resort's main lift to the summit of Czarna Góra, it is about 800 m, roughly a 10 minute walk. The children's and beginner area with the Efka chairlift starts about 400 m from the building. In winter you leave your gear in the ski room in the building and step straight onto the snow.

Is there a sauna in the building and is it included?

Enduro trails and a Bike Park a few minutes from the building, hikes up Śnieżnik, Czarna Góra and Hala pod Śnieżnikiem, the Bear Cave in Kletno and a trip to Sky Bridge Dolní Morava in the Czech Republic (about 55 km, roughly an hour's drive). You can leave your bike in the bike room in the building.
